Finances The "Bildungshilfe Nordost-Indien" is a society of recognized common public interest, which receives its income mainly from nonrecurring donations and membership fees. Aid organizations are accused time and time again of using financial donations excessively and unjustifiably for their own purposes. We wish to guard against this. For this reason we have decided to lay open our income and expenditures on our homepage. We hope to achieve as high a degree of transparency as possible. We should always be most grateful for any suggestions as to how we could further improve transparency. The costs for the extension of the Marengo Hostel are estimated to be 135000 Euros. The project is expected to be completed in a period of several years and by donations of various organizations. Aim of the Bildungshilfe is to contribute at least 25000 Euros.
